I’m trying to lose weight, and I was wondering, how much weight could I lose by not drinking any pop all summer. Just an estimate is good. And any other easy things to lose weight would be great too. 🙂

If you stopped cold turkey and didnt drink any at all probably 1-4 pounds a week for about a month and then it will slow down. (Assuming your not eating other Sugar stuff). I did the same thing but I changed my whole diet including alot more water and eating right so my loss was alot greater..

Of course drinking pop is sooo bad for u. it’s all full of sugars! U need to see what foods and drinks are good for u and ur body and then create a diet plan and stick to it. For more info u can go here: http://bit.ly/easy-diet-solution
Lose the junk foods and drink or limit when u eat/drnk them to maybe once a week. If u do that u will both be more healthy and have more energy.
