start counting your calories and work out.
for your height and weight i would suggest eating 1,300-1,600 calories ah day to loose weight. also, get on ah treadmill and start running. lift weights, do crunches, sit ups, squats, lunges, the works. do every exercise you know. and do it well. and don’t skip meals, its ah common misconception that young women and men have. skipping meals only makes you fatter because your slowing down your metabolism. eat 4-5 low calorie meals ah day. i eat 4-5 300 calorie meals ah day.

It is a possibility to lose weight rapidly but you should be realistic and take on board that if you lose weight rapidly then you will without doubt put it all back on again just as rapidly.
