Actually, if you diet and exercise, you should just lose belly fat. That is the stuff that disappears first–and why you see people complaining about keeping their hips and thighs bigger.

Its not possible to lose weight in only one part of your body, but if you’re right for your height and bone structure, ur hips and butt should always be there because thats your boddy type. they may get SLIGHTLY smaller, but they will still be there.

You have choices but they all boil down to reducing your calories and increasing your activity.
If you’re burning more than you’re consuming you’ll lose weight. How you get there is entirely up to you.
