what diet is better for a woman low carb or low fat?
Last year I did the low carb diet and lost like 10+ pounds. This year when I started dieting again, low carb did not work–I have lost nothing and I think Im getting fatter in my legs and stomach. Someone told me to try low fat? Any advice on which is actually better.

Check what you ate when you tried going on the low carb diet again… there may have been hidden carbs that prevented you from getting into the fat burning zone…
Also, make sure you start from the very beginning… the first stage of the low carb diet where your carb intake is very low…
