How to lose some weight fast then sensible.?
I am 51 years old and have almost doubled my weight since high school. I desperately want to lose but just can’t seem to. Any recommendations to lose some fast. This will encourage me and then I will lose the rest slow. I no it is recommend to lost 1 to 2 pounds a week but I really need a motivation.

try walking at least 4 miles a day
2 in the moring and 2 in the afternoon
instead of snacking on cookies and chips snack on carrots and dip or 1 100 calorie snack
try to cut out most of the sodas and drink diet once in awhile
