Ride a bike and ride it a lot, try for 10 miles a day. It will get easier the more you do it. And of course eat lots of protein and less fat.

It’s all about diet!! Believe it or not condiments have fat in them, things high in sodium will make you retain water. It’s important to eat!! Eating about 6 times day but small meals is the best way to go. You can find plenty of recipes that are simple online. Fruits and veggies are awesome, with lean meats grilled chicken being one of them. Staying away from juice and soda. Since you are physically active that should help alot. Starving yourself will cause you to gain more weight when you do eat again and will just turn into a long-term problem so stay away from it and eat eat all you want in small portions and healthy. goodluck

fat at the tummy and legs are never easy to melt off!you need patience and tolerance with continuos dedication of cardio and toning exercises 6 days a week and never ignore that you have to portion control and calorie shift your food intake as well…good luck

Diet and regular exercise is long term answer.
Use dencorub or similar and wrap thighs and tummy in glad wrap then exercise, walking, running, etc. Extra heat created in target areas will assist to burn fat but its not a long term option. Works for a quick fix though.
