Hi I was wondering if I should take muscle milk to gain weight because i have a hard time gaining weight?
I eat around 5-6 meal a day and around 200 grams protein to gain weight. I have seen some good progress. Now I want to know if I should add muscle milk to my diet because I’m afraid it might burn off any fat that I already have. Can I use muscle milk to gain muscle weight?

YES! I am currently trying to gain 40 lbs since Im about 20lbs underweight. I have got enormous success from using heavyweight gainer 900 in the morning and before bed and using muscle milk after workouts. I also recommend BSN-NO Xplode before your workouts…. it makes you like…. invincible.
