How many calories should I consume daily if a am a 24 year old man weighing 175lbs and 6’2″?
I want to become a vegetarian, but I am afraid that my caloric intake will be reduced. I am 24 years old weigh 170lbs, and am 6’2″ I would like to gain 10 lbs of muscle mass, and would like to know how many calories I need to consume to reach my physical goals, and what high protein vegetarian dishes I could create to make the goal possible?

you need to eat 1629 calories a day just to keep your body running if you layed in bed all day, doing nothing.
