What are the best diet pills / supplements to aid fat loss?
I’m not naive enough to think that there are any tablets that will help weight loss without eating properly, and exercising more regularly, but am interested to know of anything that might help the process on a bit when combined with eating right, and exercising.
For example, appetite suppressants, fat metabolisers etc.

The latest diet is to alternate the days – i.e. about 500 calories one day, and the next day eat as you normally do (within reason). The results are apparently brilliant, it is easy to do, obviously you need to eat in a balanced way.

Low Fat Foods don’t work
