drink lots of water. reduce your fat intake. increase your protein intake. exercise (low intensity) for about an hour a day.
3500 Calories in a pound of fat.
Take your weight…say 200 ….add a zero to the end — 2000
2000= steady state(calories your would normally burn during a regular non active day)
say you burn 600 calories working out and you eat 1400 during the day.
That means you used 1000 calories that day. After 2 1/2 days you lost a REAL pound….. 2-3 pounds a week is LEGIT and the safest way for the pounds to stay off.
…learn to be moderate ith your food consumption.

Whoa, you’ll be lucky! You need to cut a lot of fat out of your diet. Eat plenty of fish, veg and fruit so you don’t get hungry. The only way you are going to acheive this is by doing plenty of exercise as well. Sorry.

I don’t know about a stone, I guess that all depends your weight now but Slimming World is brilliant, you eat healthily and the weight does come off, combined with exrecise it is amazing.

There most certainly is, It’s called the Atkins diet, where you cut out the majority of your carbohydrate caloric intake so that your body is forced to start burning the fat its stored. I lise about five or more pounds a week on it and in fact the first week you will probably lose close to ten!

Cut out the sweets and chocolate and fried foods, eat loads of veg and fruit and walk everywhere, don’t forget to drink at least 2 litres of water everyday…it’s really quiet easy, don’t deny yourself anything though, if you fancy something then have it just in small quantities and go easy on the alcohol or even better cut it out all together.

The best way to lose weight is a combination of watching what you eat and exercising. Start small… Maybe by going for a walk after dinner each night (if you have someone to work with, that’s even better). If you normally have sausage and pepperoni on your pizza, have 2 slices of cheese pizza and a small salad instead. Make small changes that you can maintain. Don’t deprive yourself completely from the foods you love, because that usually just leads to binging – just try to have them in moderation. Stick with fruit and Veg and stay away from simple carbohydrates,

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats, take 300-400 calories off that number and that’s how much you need to lose weight.
5-8servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water a day
5-6 small meals instead of 3 big ones (breakfast is the most important – make sure to get complex carbs like whole wheat bread, oatmeal, fruit etc)
4-6 times a week cardio for 30-50min, light weight training, many reps
no junk food, no sodas, no alcohol, no white flour (cakes, cookies, white bread, pasta etc.), nothing high in sugar (ice cream)
