What does flexing do to your muscles and could it help with fat loss?
I was just wondering as I heard it works. I also lift weights and drink 2-3 liters of water but still have a fat stomach so I was wondering if flexing my stomach muscles would help. Help much appreciated thanks

holding your stomach in for short periods of time helps strengthen the muslces and tone them.
