I need to lose weight fast and I don’t want to purchase any products?
I will be going to mexico next month and would love to lose about 15 lbs before then. Does anyone have any suggestions that don’t involve buying a product? Currently I am doing slim fast and walking 1-2 miles a day on the tredmile but would like to speed up the process. I have heard that I should do a “body detox” but, again, don’t want to have to buy any product or pills. Thanks in advance for your help!

Losing weight fast is dangerous but what I would do
Is cut out all junk food and have smaller meals – six time per day
You should not skip meals and drink plenty of water
and excise at least half an hour per day
