Option 1: eating a sensible breakfast and lunch with muscle milk for dinner
Option 2: Muscle milk breakfast, big lunch, muscle milk dinner
Option 3: Muscle milk breakfast, sensible lunch and dinner
Note: I lift weights 4 times a week and run 4 times a week.
