not a good idea to try to lose weight quickly,gradual loss is best.Losing weight too quick you are more likely to put it back on after and yo yoing with your wieght is very unhealthy

It is feasible to lose weight fast but you should be realistic and understand that if you lose weight quickly then you will almost certainly put it all back on again just as quickly. lean meat ( salmon and fish is a good one) and vegetables or salad
eat earlier rather than later as in for dinner so then you have more time to burn off those kg’s
do 1 hr jog and 1hr walk – a bit more or a bit less would still alllow 2kg’s
eat smaller meals that are healthy and cut out things like salt or butter etc
