I have tried that program for 2 weeks, but it did nothing for me.
🙁 I was really expecting to see changes, because I strictly followed the rules and the meals.
But unfortunately, it didn’t really work for me. I DID NOT lose any weight at all. -__-.
However, I tried another way to lose weight… and it was tried and tested. Wahehehe.
I jogged at least thrice a week, didn’t eat rice at all (i’m asian, so rice was constant in my everyday meal before) and drank plenty of water/green tea (8-10 glasses a day). 😀
I have started with my jogging/no rice plan 5 months ago. … i managed to take off 20 pounds since then. 🙂
