If i eat healthy everyday, and do 30 minutes- 1 hour of walking a day , will i loose weight and how much ?
i never used to eat healthy, but now i want to loose a bit of weight,
how much weight will i loose if i eat healthy everyday, and walk for half an hour to a hour everyday ?
how quickly will i loose weight ?

Your post is worthless. “Eating healthy” is not quantifiable. “Walking for somewhere between 30 and 60 minutes” tells us nothing about the intensity. We don’t know your height, weight, gender, history, any of the important components we’d need to evaluate a real diet and exercise plan.
