how to loose extra weight?
I am 5 4 and just about 135 lbs. I have a fairly small upper half but i have a booty, and that is putting it lightly. I also have those lovely saddle bags. I was wondering what would be the most effective way to quickly and safely loose that little bit of extra chunk. I work 10 hours a day 6 days a week and there is not a whole lot of time to go to the gym….

Take some fiber supplements at meals. This will curb hunger and maintain blood sugar. Then, just do some short ten-minute workouts at home during the day. Maybe before before breakfast and after work. Walk during your breaks, too.
