i am trying to lose weight i did go runing on the beach for a little while it was about a mile can this help ? or can i just simply jump on the trampoline for half an hour a day?

keep up with cardio activities. you can eat what you normally would, but i would try to make the portions smaller. drinking a lot of water with a meal can make you feel more full.

i suggest running and lots of cardio and don’t eat past seven o”clock eat small portions don’t over eat anything i did this and it worked also before each meal drink 2 glasses of water and stop drinking pop or start getting diet pop and lay off fast food sugar intake and lack of exercise is the main reasons why people get fat

if you want to lose weight you can do it safely two ways. One decrease your calorie intake by opting for healthy food alternatives or increase your activity level by becoming more physically active 30 minutes recommended. Either of these options will result in weight loss.

eat what you want and how ever much of it you want to.
but
basically burn more than you eat
so you could eat 100 cakes if you wanted and if they totalled 10,000 cals ( not real, just for example) you would have to do exercise to burn off 10,000 + cals to loose weight
