How can I protect my feet from stress injuries?
I used to go on the treadmill everyday for 20 mins but stopped after having suffered stress injuries on both feet in the same place. I started jogging again at the beginning of this year and now have pain in my right foot in another area which I know is due to the stress of jogging on the treadmill. What could I do in order to reduce the likely hood of this reoccurring after resting my foot?
Thanks.

Take Calcium and make sure you aren’t working your foot too hard when you come back into running. It’s a good thing that you’re on a treadmill. You might go see an orthopedic surgeon to make sure nothing else is going on.
I take my Calcium twice a day and it has magnesium to help my body absorb it. Don’t over do it because you’ll just be wasting pills. Hope this helps! 😀

Difficult to say. It could be due to your running posture, your weight, your training shoes, your mileage.
Without wanting to seem sarcastic, I would recommend staying off the treadmill.
