How to lose weight with a sluggish thyroid?
I have early stage graves disease and it has made losing weight one of the most annoying and frustrating things ever. I have cut out fast food, eat less chocolate, eaten more healthier foods, I walk everyday and nothing. I have maybe lost two pounds but I need to lose more than that.

You need rigorous exercise! I know it sounds scarry but if you truly are not cheating on your healthy foods consumption, than exercise hard. I don’t mean going to the local gym for a few hours a day. You need to swim a lot or go hiking or pick up a sport. It might suck at first but in time you will love the active lifestyle and you’ll love yourself.

Trying to lose weight with an underworking thyroid is like a bird trying to fly without wings. Remember, thyroids regulate the speed of your metabolism, and this is crucial to ensure an effective use of foods and distribution of macronutrients in your system.
There are things wich use you should decrease, while there are other things you should remove permanently if you want to see results.
