What is something healthy I can make to take for lunch that is not salad and that will stay good in the fridge but doesnt need warmed up and isn’t hard to make and does not include hamburger?

A basic turkey or tuna or chicken sandwich on whole wheat bread, with plenty of veggies. 350-400 calories depending on what you put on it.
