Cut out all carbohydrates. U’ll lose weight super quick but u will be left feeling very, very lethargic. Also its not healthy but if u insist!

The reason it’s not healthy, is because you will have to live with excess skin for the rest of your life. Obviously you don’t mind. Soooo instead of eating small and healthy every 3 hours, don’t eat at all! Instead of running 40-60 minutes a day which is healthy, run untill you collapse and hope you wake up early enough to start over! In a month when you are skinnier with lose skin and litterally no energy, you might regret it! =/

1 hour of cardio every day. Eat a healthy diet and cut down on carbs. (don’t cut out carbs completely its dangerous)

ok I tried this diet and lost like 4 pounds a week and weigh about how much you weigh so this is what I did first yu have to do 30min of cardio a day drink at least a litre of water a day and you can have a break once a week where you can eat whatever you want for lunch
BREAKFAST:
Two hard boiled eggs OR one piece of brown toast OR four table spoons of fava beans ( any of these choices eaten with two cucumbers)
LUNCH:
(Drink 15 min before lunch and you can’t drink anything for at least an hour after lunch)
Steak OR Fish Fillet OR Chicken breast ( no bigger than the size of your open hand ) OR a can of tuna WITHOUT OIL (any or these choices can be eaten with either a green salad with no dressing or boiled vegtables)
SNACK:
One orange OR one apple OR one tangerene
DINNER:
A cup of low fat or non-fat yoghurt with one piece of brown bread toast
You can only eat what is written here if you feel hungry you can have lettuce, cucumbers or carrots (as much as you want)
Also you CAN’T have potatoes, corn, peas, or ulkra ( I know they’re vegtables but they are loaded with calories and you therefore can not eat them)

That is a really good question and I have asked myself that may time before. So many times that I actually researched it on the Internet in google. Now I haven’t tried any ‘diets’ however I have seen lots of tips when I have been researching. The most popular is to drink lots of water. Then strangly it is to have 4 meals a day. Now I went on to lots of websites and then realised that you have to have money to sign up to all the stuff. Being a poor student I wasn’t able too. However the one ‘diet’ that caught my eye was fatloss4idots.com. Why don’t you check it out!! It says it’s not unhealty and you could loose 9lbs in 11 days!!! Hope this helps.
