i am trying to diet to lose weight but seem to have got in to a habit of making my self sick?
i really want to lose weight and i no making ma self sick is a bad idea but i just cant stop myself doing it please help?

You are not eating properly if you are making your self sick. Get help from a nutritionist. They can help you design a healthy eating plan to lose weight.

You have un-intentionally given yourself an eating disorder. You need to tell your family, friends & doctor so they can help you before this gets worse. You are putting yourself at more risk than being over-weight such as bad acid reflux, rotten teeth & rupturing internal organs. You can be slim without resorting to such drastic measures, please get help.
