If you have the means hire a personal trainer to help you with all of your problem areas. I could not give you a proper online assessment without missing something. You must know what does not belong in your diet so start by removing all the refined sugars and in place of them add Honey to Green tea which contains natural fat burning qualities.
Make sure you get plenty of Fruits and veggies and extra protein on the days you exercise to speed up the recovery process.

Don’t drink alcohol, don’t eat fried food, or any food with any fat in it. Any at all and you will lose 6lb in a week.
Or another good way is to get an illness that makes you vomit and have diarrhoea for a couple of days.

In reality it’s almost impossible to lose weight fast (although it depends how overweight you are). The advice you’ll read anywhere is to up your exercise and cut down your calories. Just go for a 30 minute walk/run every day and take an appetite suppressant like Hoodithin to help you eat less. I used it and found it worked well for me.
