Dude it is all about intake and output watch what you eat stay away from the junk food and excercise your 15 get into some sport soccer or track be active Video games are only thumb exersise and you cant burn off calories moving your thumbs

You don’t want your bones to reduce…that’s bad…it means that the bones are weakened and you don’t want that.
Exercising will help trim you down, no matter what your age. It will burn up the energy that is stored as fat and turn it into muscle. This is a double boon since it will help keep you slimmer on it’s own and muscle uses more energy at rest than fat does, so it will raise your “resting metabolic rate”…helping to keep you slimmer even when you aren’t doing anything.
But don’t do anything that would weaken your skeletal system…the body will fight you (and win) the entire time.
