If you are slim already you don’t need diets… Its gonna be tough you will have to do some leg exercises…. To tone up the thighs

Lots of cardio workouts like walking, dancing, or biking. You could try some type of step aerobics.

Lay on your side and with straight leg raise and lower, do both sides 50 each each day and again on your back raising your straight leg or legs this time 50 times and lower.

I think you should try and think about something else . You are allready a size 0 judging from your previous question . If your a size 0 you dont need to work on your thighs .
id try excersize . I know you said you dont like it . but it will give you the mustle tone that will make you the shape you really want to be .
Cycling is good . but dont do the whole gym thing . Thats really boring . try getting out and see where it will take you .
this will make your legs fab and your butt too
a tip tho ……. make sure you eat and drink plenty af good stuff . you will burn off a masive amount of energy and you need to make sure you have plenty of water in you in order to burn any fat .

Deits no way as your slim already and it wont necessary concentrate on the area you wish to work on. Your look even worse with a diet they are for overall body fat loss not what you need. I would say walking and spinning local classes. Also talk to a professional in there they can give you floor exercises and other ways. The bottom line is exercise just that area & once you start to see results ‘Thunder Thighs’ your love the thing making those ‘sexy thighs.’
