How does a heavyset girl lose weight and actually look good?
I’m 18, i’m 6’0 and weigh about 245 wearing size 19 jeans now up to almost a 2x shirt and in formal dresses its always so embarassing because i have to wear the ugliest most simple plain thing. I’ve been wanting to lose weight for the longest time but im scared of the turn out.
Will my skin go back to its proper place?
Will I look misproportioned?
Will I look healthier?
Etc etc. What would be a good weight and size for me?

loss the weight slowly, this way your skin has time to adjust to the lost weight and to help prevent the sagging skin. it may take some time to loss all the weight but you will feel accomplished once you have reached your goal.
when you start eating healthier your skin, hair, and body will look healthier, clear, radiant.

you could try drinking loads of water, it helps you both not be as hungry and it keeps your skin look young and beautiful. and you wont look misproportioned if you do even excercises, some may be easier or more fun than others but if you keep the burn even everywhere, youll slim down evenly.

want to lose weight,yet in the next breath you say
you can’t have it both ways,you must make a
decision, do i want to ” Lose Weight” or do i want
to ” Stay Overweight ” because i’m scared it might
turn out bad. you must think positive,and have
faith in your self.the only thing you have to lose
by trying is Weight. if you don’t try now,you’ll
spend the rest of your life wondering,WHAT IF?
