a HEALTHY way to lose weight is to eat more protein than carbs. the best sources of this are meats, and stay away from breads, chips, crackers, etc. also, drink a lot of water to increase your metabolism. generally, you should take your body weight, divided by 2, and drink that many ounces per day.

well you can go on my diet. well actually i just always eat like this. i get up i eat cherrios without milk and have water. then for lunch i have chicken nuggets 6 of em and salad with ranch dressing plain salad. and then i have a bowl of icecream. for dinner i have the same as lunch. most of the time or i have pasta like noddle alefredo speggati. you can also have like turkey and stuff. but im only 14 im just saying. and once you lose the weight since its constant for me i can eat all of the snacks i want without getting fat. try it lol

you can lose weight ASAP – with diets but the problem with them is, you lose fat and muscle. Muscle is what helps speed up your metabolism.. so you need this to continue burning fat.
In addition, quick weight loss is only temporary, so your going to lose valuable muscle, and then gain back double the weight, this time only your gaining PURE FAT. and as we all know, even though muscle weights more than fat, fat is fatter so you’ll end up looking fater.
so just eat healthy, and exercise- this will take time but its worth it.

veggies and LOTS of cardio. keep moving and on ur feet. standing even burns more calories than sitting 😉 what that other guy said was true too. dont eat before bed! it takes ur stomach about 4 hours to fully digest ur food. plus, dont eat to get completely full. thatll cut down on the calorie intake

The short answer is eat less, eat healthier, and exercise more. Don’t go for slow boring cardio, look up whats called HIIT high intensity interval training. Second, try to do some strength training- it is a great way to lose weight and get stronger in the process, plus muscle burns more calories than fat.

Rent workout (cardio) videos or buy some in case you need them later. Try to have very little junk food and lots of healthy foods like fruits and veggies. I’m not saying you shouldn’t have birthday cake or occasional ice cream but not everyday. Try to talk long runs or go to the gym if you dont want to do the videos.

Eat only tuna, salad, and fruit…… Also, run everyday for as long as possible…. That will get the job done quick. for an added bonus; do ab workouts.

And That’s the advice i can share with you:
1. Eat less. Start eating your body-weight in lbs x 16kcal (use Fitday). Cut 500kcal one week later. Check the balance one week later again.
You Lose Weight: keep eating the same amount of calories.
You Don’t Lose Weight: cut another 500 calories.
Don’t jump on a 2000 calorie diet. Only cut calories when you don’t progress.
2. Maintain Muscle. Lose fat, not muscle. Muscle burns calories, fat doesn’t. The more muscular you are, the more calories you burn.
Eat. Fat is emergency storage. Your body will hold fat & burn muscle when you don’t eat. Don’t starve yourself, eat every 3 hours.
Eat Protein. Get at least 1g/lbs protein daily so your body can build & maintain muscle. Eat meat, poultry, fish, eggs or whey every 3 hours.
Get Stronger. If your body-weight stays the same & you build muscle, your body fat goes down. Get on StrongLifts 5×5.
3. Burn More Calories. Burn more calories than you consume and you’ll lose fat. Be more active. Not only will you lose fat, you’ll also be healthier & feel better.
Exercise. Tons of sports you can choose from: weight lifting, running, strength training, swimming, etc. Whatever you prefer.
Move More. Stop choosing the parking spots near the entrance, watch less TV, play less video games, … Get out & walk.
4. Do Cardio. Cardio makes you lose fat faster & allows you to eat more. If you burn 1000kcal using cardio, you can eat 500kcal more while still having a 500kcal deficit to lose fat. Here’s how to lose fat using cardio:
3 x 30 Mins. Work yourself up to 4 x 45 mins a week. Do the cardio post strength training. You won’t lose muscle if you eat post workout.
Moderate Intensity. Your goal is to lose fat, not exhaust yourself. You should breathe heavier than when at rest, but not gasping.
Elliptical Trainer. I prefer the elliptical trainer for cardio. Feel free to try other cardio machines.
