whats the best way to lose belly fat fast?

i want to get my belly button pierced in about two months. but i want to have a flat stomach by then so whats the best way to get it?

    If you want to lose belly fat you need to try to lose weight overall and to do that you need exercise.
    You need cardio for 30-60minutes 3-5 days a week. Anything that gets your heart rate up is considered to be Cardio. If you want to burn a lot of calories then you should consider doing high impact workouts such as running or jogging.

    You also need to be eating healthy, eat your regular meals, but just eat smaller portions. It may seem hard, but stop when you get to a point where you think you have had enough. Try mixing fruits and vegetables in your meals also, and for snacks instead of eating chips and drinking soda. You should eat some type of fruit with a glass of water.

    Strength training would be the next step, strength training is stuff such as weight lifting that can tone you up. You probably don’t want to go all body builder. But its still best to do these for 1-3 days a week.

    Try to get yourself a journal and keep a track of everything you eat. Anything at all you just go ahead and write it down. Organizing really does help with weight loss. And if you can put down when you plan on exercising and for how long.

    1- u should go on diet
    2- NO SODA!!( at first, I thought it was a bad idea..i thought that i couldn’t do it..but it actually worked, i lost lots of belly fat and I feel lighter and ready for the exercises.)
    2- sit ups.
    3- walk the stairs, and when u do it, try to skip at least on stair(that would help u on ur legs muscles and jumping vertical.
    4- jump rope!(very good.)
    5- bike!(not necessary, but fun and very good.)

    after about a month or two(depends on how well u do it.) u will see the difference.
