This coming new years, I’m planning on making my resolution to lose weight so that I can become more confident in myself. So if anyone has any good tips on how to do it the right way, or to lose fast and what not, that would be great! Thank you!!

1st and most important: Change your diet, eat more fruits and vegetables, foods with carbohydrates, cut out the fats, reduce your meat intake, believe it or not, you can get all the protein you need from beans and vegetables, or even fish like tuna and sardines.
Running is vital in losing weight, and also lifting weights helps because muscle mass burns more calories than anything else, even if you are a female, lifting weights still helps, you will not develop big muscles because women don’t have the natural testosterone level to do so (big misconception).

Even though I dont know you, I am still proud that you realized NOW that you want to better yourself and improve your health and life. I myself have a New Years resolution to lose weight…however, I began in the middle of October 🙂 The first 15 pounds that I lost was from just detoxifying my insides. I drink MonaVie, which helps you lose weight and get your body back to a healthy state. It helps me with my workout by giving me energy.
