Teen guy lose some body and stomach fat?
I have been 13 for a couple weeks now and I really want to make a change in my life and lose some fat. I am 13 and I am 5’8ish and I weigh about 165 pounds. I eat salad every other day and I walk around my neighborhood twice a day or sometimes bike around. I walk around at school and I see guys who are thin and in shape compared to me. I really want to lose a lot of fat but not too much if u know what I mean. Thanks so much for ur help!!!
