I need to get fit – Just got to give up smoking, drinking and eating crap! Any ideas?

    If you are going to be successful at giving all that up you will need to replace it with good nutrition. Find out what foods are good, test to see what satisfies you, what you need to feel good.

    Also, exercise. Walking is great. You can go for short 10 minute walks when you feel like smoking. It helps your body get energized. Also takes your attention off of it.
