What is more effective for fat loss? Eating six small meals a day or doing sprints everyday?
Assuming that you could only do one of the following tasks to improve your fat loss. None of those advertising comments about acai berry and those other spam responses. LOL Real answers please.

you can’t out train a bad diet…so I would say the six small healthy(nothing processed or artificial) meals wins.

sprints will be more effective because it can burns your fat.

Six meals a day may not be necessary ,if you take right quantities of calories in 4 meals.
