Cardio is a must.
A reccommended 30 minutes of cardio is preferred and a total of 60+ minutes of physical activity.
Next is eating– control your caloric intake. If it is 2000 right now cut it to 1600.
Make sure to cut Red meat and junk food.
Keep up a daily routine of exercising and eating right and you should be good.

Six pounds if fairly easy to lose. For a woman, a healthy weight loss is 1-2 lbs a week so if you just cut out pop and fast food, you could lose this weight in roughly six weeks or less.
Do NOT cut your calories content down to 1500 or 1600 calories. Most women need roughly 2,000 calories a day unless you are some teeny, tiny elderly Asian lady.
Cut out the junk and increase your activity level. Don’t do anything crazy. Start at 30 minutes a day. Take an aerobics class or a swimming class. Both are really good ways to lose weight and increase your cardio health.
If you cut out the junk and increase your activity level to 30 minutes a day to start, you will lose the 6lbs you need.

I am not a doctor. BUT, maybe you can try the Jerad diet from Subway?
Anyway, even if you lose the 7 pounds you will still be at the top of the weight chart.
And, you might gain 20 pounds in basic training!
I weighted 135 when I enlisted and 5 weeks later I was 165 from eating 3 meals a day.
Take a year to diet down and then try to enlist.
You don’t want to be on the Fat Boy program (Weight Management Program) once you are IN. It is too demanding and difficult to comply with.
