What should a teenager like me eat for breakfast lunch and dinner? To help growth and facial fat loss..?
I’m a 14 year old male, and i want to maintain a healthy diet.
Plus, I need to tone up my facial features because i want it to be sharp and a bit on the hunger side.
What should i eat for breakfast, lunch , and dinner everyday?
…so i could further develop my growth, not get fat, —be healthy.
Please help me.
