How can I loose a few pounds quickly and easily?
I want to loose a few extra pounds left over from the winter. I never felt worried about my weight because my friends were always complaining about how skinny I was but now that it’s bikini season, I would like to loose around 5 or so pounds. How can I do this quickly and easily without starving myself or doing a bunch of excercise??

No exercise means all it depends on is your diet. so, if that is the case, think chicken, fish, egg in salads with water

How funny you are!!! You want what you want without having to work for it…. the way to lose weight is to eat less calories and to exercise more…. but you do not want to do either? You do not have to starve yourself… you just have to eat lean meats and veggies…. stay away from the sugar and processed foods… and take a 1/2 hour walk…. can you do that?

If it’s healthy, reduce your daily calories by 500. Try some exercise 3 x / wk. or make sure it’s at least 90 mins./wk
Stay away from salty foods or added salt, so as to not retain water.
Don’t eat any calories that aren’t nutrient dense. No discretionary calories, no reward food.

If you starve yourself it will only make you gain weight when you start easting again as your body thinks there is a famine and starts to store the food you do eat as fat to help during the starving times. My recommendation is to eat more frequently and smaller meals. Try to eat or “graze” every 2-3 hours. For brekky have a piece of toast with some cottage cheese and tomatoes, followed by some nuts for morning tea, a good salad with a fist size of protein for lunch, a boiled egg for afternoon snack, steak and veggies for dinner and a snack for supper. If you feed your body every few hours you will turn your body into a fuel burning machine that will burn calories big time as it increases your metabolism. IF you want to kick start this fuel burning process you could do a 3 day carb detox by eating only protein for the first 3 days of this diet. That will really kick start the process and increase your metabolism AND stop the carb cravings, just remember to eat smaller more frequent meals and watch how quickly it sheds fat.
A great diet that I recommend to my clients ALOT is Bodytrim I’ll try and find the website for you

When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.
If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, which
will lead to increase of weight, or muscle grow
underneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet without
exercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. For
diet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food
after 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on
your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If
you don’t eat wheat then you don’t eat all those sticky, fatty goey
cakes, you don’t eat junk food, and you don’t eat biscuits. But your
diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to
calculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising,
start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the
most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a
lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack,
disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target
your problem areas for men and women. It’s not necessarily to become a
bodybuilder or even join a gym – a couple of dumbbells will help you
to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).
