What are some tips for competitive eating/ food challenges?
I’m sure everyone knows of at least 1 food competition or food challenge such as on the show Man vs. Food. I was just wondering if anyone had any tips or advice on how to eat a lot of food quickly, or what order to eat certain foods, etc. One example that I have heard is that eating all the french fries first will keep you from feeling full. I dont know if this is true but thats just an example. Any help/tips will be much appreciated.

The only thing I know is that the Japanese guy who used to always win the hot dog contest eats desserts first because the sweets send a signal to your brain that you’re done. That way he forces his body to ignore that signal that he’s full in contests.
