I lost my last job(dustman)because I wasn’t fit enough to keep up with the others.Any advice on fitness?

Eat right and exercise.
Go for a diet heavy on the fruits and vegetables. You might want to keep your caloric intake to about 1500 until you lose some weight. Avoid refined sugar and grains. The body likes to store these as fat.
As for building stamina, exercise, especially cardio exercise. It gets the heart pumping and bumps up the metabolism. And it works fairly fast. You may start out at as little as 5 minutes, but if you push yourself a little each day, within a month you can have that up to 20+ minutes.
The benefits: you’ll start to look and feel better all around.

Jogging, walking and running for long distances will increase your stamina and fitness for walking based jobs such as road sweeping. Just add a little bit to the distance each time to last longer walking, or reduce time getting to a certain place to get things done faster while your walking.

The best think u do is diet and regular exercise. Just do exercise like crutches, Push ups. If u cant do this play foot ball it will help u a lot
