How to lose fat fast? please help?
I am 5’7-5’8 and i weigh 136 pounds. I’m not overweight, my bmi is 20.3 and i have 15% body fat but i still have unwanted fat on my stomach and thighs. i do cardio 4-6 times a week and eat a 1200 calorie diet. I’d like to get rid of that fat fast and lose another 10 pounds. Any suggestions? I need the help

well, if you’re doing that good i would suggest just keep going. If you think you could bring the calories to 1000, or something then you could, but don’t rush it. If you do you’ll end up disappointed in the end with not losing as much weight as you wanted. Also different diets and exercises work for different people.

This decreases our desire to attack the fridge. You will find fiber in fruits, whole cereals, vegetables and also in beans.
5. Watch your posture. Always keep your shoulders open and spine straight. This decreases the impression of a prominent tummy. Keep it up on the cardio for sure. Swim lots of laps and run a lot. Treading water can be good too. A good way to trim off fat on the thighs is to do lunches and squat thrusts. Crunches can help tighten up your stomach once you’ve lost the fat you want gone. Just keep working hard and being persistent, keep an eye on your goal
