Congratulations! Quitting cold turkey is so hard. I’ve been a smoker for ten years, and I’ve been trying to quit for the past year. Tell me how you do it!

Congrats on making the decision to stop! 🙂
But do remember to reward yourself a little extra from time to time for stopping the smoking,
it will make the process of stopping permanently a litte easier! 😉

Good job in deciding not to die from premature cardiovascular disease, chronic obstructive airways disease and cancer at great expense to not only yourself but the public. In celebration today I have decided to refrain from nail-gunning myself to a burning building.

Absolutely not!
When I went cold turkey 25 years ago, it took me 12 years to get over the craving, (the exact amount of time I was smoking).
But also congratulations to you, you are on the right course, now do not give in!
