What is the healthy weight for a guy of my height and build?
I am 6’2 and medium build and I used to weigh 180 pounds. Now I am 190 and i notice a little extra pudge around me, especially on the gut. I never used to get any exercise, but this fall i have been doing push-ups every day and trying to eat healthier foods with higher protein. Is 190 a healthy weight?
