You don’t need a diet, your weight is perfectly fine. On the BMI category you’re weight is perfectly fine. Your Body Mass index is 21.2.
BMI Categories:
* Underweight = <18.5
* Normal weight = 18.5-24.9
* Overweight = 25-29.9
* Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater

mmm im only like 6% body fat lol so maybe im the guy to help…lol eat 5 small meals during the day don’t eat till full just until not hungry ..your body confuses thirst for hunger..atleast thirty minutes of cardio a day and sleep on back is supposed to help so good lucks then on that… im 6’3″ and only 145 lbs very little extra weight 🙂

Dancing for an hour or a half a hour a day.. and drinking nothing but water and stay away from calories and salt foods.. but you said your 13 and Im 13 too my weight is average/skinny and I weigh a little more then you do so your perfect you dont need to lose weight.. =D
