Will this help me lose weight fast?
I am eating about 200-400 cals per day and excercising a little (30 min jog and 10 min walk) and I want to lose a bit of muscle and fat. I know muscle is good, but my legs are a bit too muscly. I want to speed my metabolism too, because before i started this my metabolism was quite fast and I don’t want it to slow down at all.

this is not okay. eating 200 calories away is teerible for you.

Eating 200-400 calories a day will certainly help you lose weight, but not in a healthy way. Plus, it will slow down your metabolism. You’re starving yourself (the safest LOW amount you can eat is 1,200 calories a day) so your body will try and conserve whatever it can.
The best way to keep your metabolism up is to eat all day. Not pig out, but small meals or snacks throughout the day to keep it working. Healthy things, not junk food.
Keep in mind, if you keep eating so little, your body will rebound when you start eating normally again. It will see that it’s getting way more food than it was so it will start storing it in preparation for another “famine”.

Eat alot of fruit and drink tons of water. Drink water before your meal, while you are eating, and after you eat. It will help you by making you feel fuller so you eat less. You do need to eat balanced healthy meals.

Eating that few calories is a sure fire way of slowing your metabolism. Eat five or six smaller meals through out the day, and drink lots of water. You don’t want to loose muscle, if you loose fat your legs will get thiner. Fat is stored in the muscles as well as the skin, but five pounds of fat is much larger than five pounds of muscle.
