you need a ton of moisture.. get moist and stay moist.. moisture is the number one thing that helps with weightloss.. believe me on this one…you need to be more than 60 percent moist.

There is a product called Fat Loss 4 Idiots that claims food is the way to lose weight by eating differently at different times in different portions.
Their claim is 9 lbs. every 11 days. That is about the fastest I’ve heard of with testimonials claiming success

ATKINS. I know it isn’t as popular as it was a few years ago – it has been changed about and called different names but the Atkins is your best and quickest way to loose weight = Approx. 8 lbs per week. Lots of protein – steaks, meat, fish, bacon,cheeses,butter, eggs,cream etc. are all Ok to enjoy with some Low Carbs. i.e. Some veg – like watercress, spinach etc. BUT – No items with a lot of Carbs – Bread, biscuits, potatoes, rice, pasta are all out.
I promise you it really works (if you don’t cheat)
