im 14 and i want to lose some weight before school starts like september something. im 5’6 almost 7 inches and last time i checked i weighed about 143lbs. i want to at least lose 10lbs and possibly the easiest way possibly…but i guess i could try something harder.

The key for losing weight is easy – eat less and move more – the difficulties surface when we in reality try to put that into operation! There are loads of temptations in the big wide world don’t you think?! subtract 500 calories from your daily value and do daily daily cardio for 50 minutes and you will lose 2 pounds a week. this is very true i could give a million reasons why im right but im getting off the computer lol just do this! logicly its unhealthy to lose more than two ppounds a week that exeeds your daily value for the energy you need, well theres one reason! ok goood luck.

When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.
If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, which
will lead to increase of weight, or muscle grow

start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the
most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a
lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack,
disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target
your problem areas for men and women. It’s not necessarily to become a
bodybuilder or even join a gym – a couple of dumbbells will help you
to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).
