How long does it take to build a nicotine tolerance?
I smoke/snus every once in a while just for that little buzz, and I am not addicted by any means, and its not hard for me to stop, i do have self control and i am big on moderation. I usually wait 3-4 days before I do that stuff again and i always get a buzz(I wait 3-4 days so the nicotine is completely out of my system) Is that good enough?

wtf! Why are you using it like a drug. and no its not good enough. you probably will start smoking more often, after big meals when you wake up, when you go to bed, ect. this truly is how it starts. Have one once in a while but only for special occasions like others are having them or after a truly huge meal. Some people I know only do it when drinking which can work or not depending on how often you drink. ie if its every weekend it probably wont work

If you say you can stop, then stop altogether. Your wallet and health will be greatful.

Yeah, I agree, that’s too often and too regular. Your body can actually get used to having nicotine every few days, and come to need it only then.
