Is there anyone in the Food Technology area, particularly manufacture of sugar and bread for readymade?
and sandwiches for the readymade food industry. I need some information on the manufacture of blackstrap molasses and the breads which are used by supermarkets for the readymade sandwiches. At present, I am based in India and I need to be able to find blackstrap molasses over here. As far as bread is concerned, a general answer would be o.k. as I travel between U.K and India and I need some information on the breads used in sandwiches (ready made) in both the countries.
