What kind of school do you go to when you want to work in a high class bakery?

When I graduate and have to support myself, I want ot work in or own one of those high class bakerys that make those extravagent cakes that are five feet tall and make all those sugar flowers and everything. But what kind of school do you go to to be able to work at one of those shops and how long do you go to school.

I would suggest Le Cordon Bleu. I’ve heard a lot about it and it seems to fit what you are looking for.

Le Cordon Bleu, Johnson and Wales Univ. or Culinary Institute of America…these are the three major schools…Yes they are all expensive. but well worth it , if you are serious about this…
