I like to make mine with fruit juices. Anything with a high water content. Cantaloupe, citrus, berries, whatever you like. Just puree the fruit in a blender (add a little honey if you want it sweeter) then strain it to catch any pulp or seeds. Freeze them and you have healthy pops that taste great and aren’t just empty calories.

    Frosty Orange Dream Pops

In large bowl, stir together orange juice, sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice. Pour into paper cups.

Cover each cup with foil. Make small hole with knife. Insert wooden stick or plastic spoon into each cup through hole. Freeze overnight or until firm.
