i dont understand your question fully because of the strange fragmented sentences but my advice is to not even think about it, just buy the best thing available and start working out, you will waste more time thinking about it and researching than it is worth, just buy one and start working out

Don’t buy a bowflex, home gym, or other large exercise equipment until you establish exercise as a regular part of your life. It can be very expensive. Instead go to the store and buy a Self magazine, inside there are rip-out cards with exercise directions and pictures on them that you can use as a guide. Do the suggested exercises every other day. If after eight weeks you have stuck to this routine then you might want to consider getting a Bowflex.
